Gordon L. Wicker, MAI

Gordon L. Wicker, MAI is President of Quality Valuation, Inc.  Gordon has over 30 years of experience, specializing in the appraisal of industrial, office, retail and land as well as specialty properties.  He performs a wide array of services including appraisal, appraisal review, consultation, expert witness and other litigation support. Clientele includes financial institutions, investors and other private individuals, attorneys, corporate and non-profit organizations, and governmental agencies.

 

Appraisal assignments include industrial properties, office and retail buildings, improved and vacant land including subdivision analysis, large and small residential income properties, as well as numerous special use properties.

 

Experience in preparation of reports for conventional lending, SBA, valuation of solar PV systems and other green building features, expert witness and litigation support, eminent domain, environmental impact analysis, consultations and appraisal reviews.
